Collection of Information
CaringforME.org automatically collects some information when you look or search through our web pages. CaringforME.org collects only the information needed to tailor communications and to track longer-term employment outcomes. The information collected includes the following:

- The parts of our website you visited.
- The Internet address of your computer and the site that sent you to us.
- If you used a search page to find us, the search terms you entered.
Any information you supply during the completion of an online form will be considered voluntary. This information will be treated the same as any provided to a potential employer or for a training course. It may be necessary to share this information with another state agency for proper handling.
Form submissions on CaringforME.org may be stored for a time. This will allow us to respond to the request, forward it to the appropriate agency, or to provide valuable feedback to help improve the website. Do not include any sensitive data, such as your personal information, when you contact us to correct data inaccuracies. The secure transfer of this type of information will be arranged later if necessary.
